According to a survey conducted in Tunisia in 2021, over ** percent of the respondents who expressed their dissatisfaction with services received in public higher education facilities in the country attributed their discontent to the process of accrediting student loans and scholarships. Another ** percent were dissatisfied with the educational framing of such institutions. Also, over ** percent criticized the low pedagogical competencies of lecturers.
