Levers promoting LGBT+ visibility at work according to LGBT+ people in France 2024
In 2024, the first lever mentioned by French visible LGBT+ people when asked what had enabled their visibility at work was the guarantee of a work environment conducive to the expression of their sexual orientation or gender identity (***percent). While ***percent of non-visible LGBT+ people considered that this could be a lever for visibility.Â
