According to a survey on Ramadan conducted in Malaysia between February and March 2022, 27 percent of the respondents indicated that they will be spending more during Ramadan this year compared to last year. In comparison, 47 percent of the respondents indicated that they will be spending the same amount of money during Ramadan this year compared to the previous year.
