In 2021, 14 percent of respondents who graduated with secondary education or higher in Indonesia reported having used the internet to pay bills in the past year, while only one percent respondents with primary education or less did so. The same survey also stated that eight percent of the Indonesian respondents claimed to have paid their bills online.
