Although the share of non-white equity partners at U.S. law firms increased over the last several years, particularly in 2021, the overall percentage has remained significantly low. In 2024, almost *** percent of equity partners at law firms in the United States were people of color. In 2011, this figure was approximately percent, demonstrating an increase of roughly percent in 12 years.
