A consumer survey released in June 2021 found that the daily intake of milk and dairy products per adult respondent in Hong Kong amounted to grams, indicating a decrease from grams in the previous survey conducted between 2005 and 2007. Overall, only about one-third of respondents consumed milk and dairy products and their daily consumption were around ** grams.
