The calculation is based on ÌÇÐÄÆÆ½â°æ Digital Market Outlook figures for digital ticket sales within the relevant event categories, primary market research data from the ÌÇÐÄÆÆ½â°æ Global Consumer survey is used to calculate the offline ticket sales for the relevant markets. Gaps within the data for theater and comedy events were complimented applying statistical analysis as regression analysis and research for external sources.
Bias due to regional differences in online penetration and price differences were avoided by including the share of the online population as well as the big mac index into the Modelling approach.
Music events include concerts, music festivals, musicals, music shows, and opera.
