China Customs publishes total figures for agricultural imports and exports based on their own definition of agricultural products. This generally includes food products from agriculture and fishery, as well as agricultural raw materials and sideline products such as starch, skins and hides, or fur, but does not include products from forestry or processed raw materials such as biofuels.
