Figures were calculated from weekly data of job postings of the industry's main 15 companies. Dispatching and job placement items by dispatching and employment agencies were excluded.
The number of job ads does not necessarily equal the number of vacancies, but it serves as a reference to understand the state of the labor market and the economic climate.
In November 2024, the average weekly number of available job advertisement postings in Japan amounted to approximately **** million. This was the month with the highest number of job postings. The figures for all months were considerably higher than those of the previous year.
