In June and July of 2020, residents of Belgium were asked about the quality of their job during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. When asked whether they feel useful during their job, a majority of **** percent responded that they feel useful most of the time. Around**** percent of the respondents said that they sometimes feel physically exhausted at the end of the working day, whilst **** percent said they sometimes feel emotionally drained by work. Most people said they sometimes feel isolated when working with **** percent and **** percent said that their colleagues or peers help and support them most of the time. Less than their colleagues or peers, respondents said their manager helps and supports them most of the time with **** percent. At **** percent of respondents, less than half said they had enough time to get their job done most of the time.
