In March 2021, a survey was conducted to determine the share of consumers in the United States who believe that if it was easier to understand the environmental impact of their food choices, it would have a greater influence on the choices they make. The majority of respondents, ** percent, responded with "yes", confirming that if it was easier to understand the environmental impact of their food choices, it would indeed have a greater influence on the choices they make.
