Traditional art performances include kabuki (classical Japanese drama), noh and kyogen (classical Japanese drama, come as a set), joruri (puppet show), koto (stringed instrument), shamisen (three-stringed Japanese lute), shakuhachi (bamboo flute), gagaku (Japanese court music), shomyo (Japanese Buddhist chant), etc. Figures prior to 2021 come from previous reporting.
