Here, stage performances includes rakugo (traditional Japanese comic storytelling), kodan (traditional storytelling of war chronicles, etc.), rokyoku (recitation of stories with shamisen accompaniment), manzai (comedy duos) and comedy sketches, magic illusions and tricks, street performances, grand kagura performances and other physical artistry.
