According to a survey from August 2022, U.S. adults were more interested in watching the TV series "The Rings of Power" than "House of the Dragon". In total, 18 percent of respondents stated to be very interested in Amazon's prequel of "The Hobbit" and "The Lord of the Rings," while the share of people that were very interested in the prequel of television show "Game of Thrones" amounted to 15 percent. However, the majority of respondents intended to watch neither of these shows.
