Survey participants were asked to state their preference for receiving financial advice from a human or robo-advisor. China was the only market where less than **** of the respondents had a preference for human advisors. Despite technology being increasingly integrated into financial roles and activities, the vast majority of survey respondents noted a strong preference for human advisors.
