The survey was carried out from June 15 to 30, 2021, in 4 types of stores (hypermarket, supermarket, own brand store/hard discount store, specialized organic store) among 83 "consumption watchers" in 38 departments. The surveys cover the prices of 8 fruits and 10 vegetables, from conventional and organic farming,

Fruits: apricot, strawberry, cantaloupe, peach, apple (golden or gala), banana, lemon, watermelon.
