In 2020, approximately a quarter of business leaders in the United Kingdom admitted that they believed that staff could work effectively from home after the Coronavirus pandemic, despite previously feeling that they would not. Almost half of the business leaders said they thought their team could work effectively before and after the Coronavirus pandemic. At the same time, just percent were previous supporters of home office and now thought it was not an effective way to work.
