In August 2020, ** percent of Canadians who accessed virtual care services through video and ** percent who used telephone visits said they were satisfied with their experience as it allowed them to avoid potential exposure to communicable diseases (such as COVID-19). Overall, people in Canada who were video users showed a higher level of satisfaction with the benefits of virtual care in comparison to telephone users.
