Negligent users were identified as the main impediment to effective implementation of cyber security in the Finnish companies, based on survey results from 2019. This was stated by ** percent of companies, followed by issues related to insufficient information about cyber security (** percent) and maintaining staff informed about cyber security threats (** percent). Other issues hindering the implementation of cyber security measures included issues linked to insufficient integration, lack of information or difficulties finding skilled experts.
