As a consequence of the coronavirus (COVID-19), ** percent of all elementary schools in Norway had to make use other personnel for teaching purposes such as pedagogues, nursery school teachers, and the like in autumn 2020. That was an increase of percent compared to spring 2020. During that same period, Norwegian elementary schools reported over *** thousand employees, who are not teachers, but were working as teachers during autumn 2020.
