Comparison of profits from residential and tourist rentals by district of Madrid 2020
In **** out of the twenty districts located in the Spanish capital renting property for tourism was more profitable than renting as residential property as of September 2020. The largest difference was found in Moncloa-Aravaca, where the earning garnered from tourist rentals stood at euros per month, over *** euros more than earnings derived from rental residential property.
