'Base minimum rent per square foot is the average base minimum rent charge in effect for the reporting period for all tenants that would qualify to be included in ending occupancy.' GLA is for all retail properties. 'Given the impact of COVID-19 and the governmental restrictions, the company is not presenting reported retail sales per square foot as they do not believe the trends for the period are indicative of future operating trends.'
Total values include consolidated and unconsolidated figures on a total portfolio bases. Consolidated properties are considered in the Group's financial statements and unconsolidated refer to joint ventures.
