Through digitalization and data collection, commercial real estate companies can generate valuable insights and improve their products and services, leading to higher tenant engagement and satisfaction. According to the results of a survey conducted among commercial real estate C-suite executives worldwide, a large percentage of commercial real estate firms worldwide already share data collected through Internet of Things (IoT) sensors with their tenants. While ** percent of respondents said that their organization shares the data for a cost, ** percent provided it for free.
