According to a survey among chief financial officers in commercial real estate companies conducted in June 2022, tech budgets were expected to increase in 2023. Depending on the region, between ** and ** percent of respondents shared this view. In North America, which includes respondents from the U.S. and Canada, industry experts were the most optimistic almost half of the survey participants forecasting an increase. Meanwhile, commercial real estate executives were most pessimistic in Europe, where ** percent of respondents expected spending cuts in tech budgets.
