The development of new digital tools in the French insurance sector over the last few years has enabled customers to accomplish certain tasks by themselves that were previously performed by advisors. It therefore seems logical to expect, to a certain extent, a reduction in the number of insurance advisors. However, while ** percent of the respondents believed that they would not reduce their numbers, for almost a quarter of them, the number of advisors would be reduced in both front and back offices.
