* The study was conducted taking into account two rounds of surveys. First one was carried out between April 8 to 14, 2020 and included a total of 1,500 participants, while the second round had 625 respondents and was conducted between April 27 and May 5, 2020.

Colombia: usage of digital payments during COVID-19, by type
According to a survey carried out in Colombia amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, in May 2020, about 59 percent of respondents said they used online payments. This is seven percentage points more than in the month of April 2020. Meanwhile, 31 percent of surveyed Colombians stated to make bank transfers, up from 27 percent the previous month.
