In the season 2018/2019, Germany was the main destination of the coffee produced in Kenya. The European country imported 9,994 metric tons, a share of 20 percent of the total. The exports to Belgium corresponded to 8,987 metric tons (18 percent), while the quantity to the United States was measured at 6,629 metric tons (13 percent). Altogether, Kenya exported coffee to 49 countries in the period.
