On March 15, 2020, the Governor of Puerto Rico declared a curfew throughout the island to control the spread of the novel coronavirus. During the first two weeks of restrictions, telecommunications company Claro registered a ** percent increase in mobile data consumption among Puerto Rican users. Meanwhile, T-Mobile saw mobile data usage grow by ** percent during this period.
