In a survey conducted in 2019, ** managers who supervised on the work of home office employees were asked about whether they considered this way of working an improvement under different aspects. Respondents gave very positive feedbacks about all categories under consideration. In particular, the overall results highlighted the possibility for improvements through home office in accountability of objectives and results, and in motivation and satisfaction.
