In a survey conducted in 2019, one thousand employees were asked about their satisfaction levels with regards to different aspects of their jobs. The portion of respondents who worked from home reported higher satisfaction levels than regular employees. In particular, the largest satisfaction gap was in the ability to self-organize their work. With regards to this aspect, ** percent of remote workers reported to be very satisfied, compared to ** percent of regular office workers.
