In 2025, Vossloh received orders equating to approximately *** billion euros. China’s CRRC acquires Vossloh Locomotives

A merger has been approved between the transport segment of German company Vossloh and one of China's largest mechanical equipment companies, CRRC. In recent years, the former German subsidiary found itself losing its edge over new competitors offering new innovations in the market. Through this merger, Vossloh aims to maintain its financial strength and expertise in new industry innovations from CRRC.
