Living in a post-COVID crisis world would involve making some changes to one's daily habits. A survey conducted in May 2020 investigated whether Italians planned on choosing bikes over public transportation in the near future in light of contagion concerns. Out of the *** regular bike users who were interviewed, an overwhelming majority of ** percent thought their bike use frequency would increase. Half of the occasional bike users reported the same answer, while only **** percent among the *** non-bike users were inclined to give a try to this mean of transportation.
