As of mid-June 2020, support for the protesters participating in the ongoing protests in response to the killing of George Floyd was somewhat divided along age lines, with 74 percent of respondents aged between 18 and 34 years either strongly or somewhat supporting the protestors. This compares to 34 percent of respondents aged over 65 years who either strongly or somewhat opposed the protesters.
