Some ** percent of individuals aged over 65 years of age in Denmark received a vaccination against influenza in 2022 which is the highest share in Europe. In general, those aged over ** are more at risk of developing complications from flu, such as pneumonia, and therefore it is important for this group of people to be vaccinated.
