After the coronavirus outbreak in Denmark, the number of viewers of Danish-speaking Twitch channels steadily increased. In February 2020, roughly ** thousand people watched Danish channels of the gaming related platform. Two months later, the viewership number was more than twice as high. In May and June 2020, the viewership number declined again.
