During their final year, many students who occupy purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) need to plan where they will move next. According to almost half (** percent) of the respondents to a survey conducted between February and March 2019, they would enter the private rented sector, while **** expected to move into a friend's or family's property. Six percent of those surveyed were already property owners or were planning to buy.
