The study was conducted among five classes of Grade 9 students of Bantayan National High School, Tabaco City, Albay, Philippines wherein one class was randomly selected as the peer tutored group while the remaining four classes were considered the non- peer tutored groups.
The performance level was categorized as follows:
92% and above - Full Mastery
83% to 91% - Near Full Mastery
75% to 82% - Mastery
51% to 74% - Near Mastery
25% to 50% - Low Mastery
24% and below - No Mastery
