They have a negative impact on the economy, but allow to avoid high mortality from the coronavirus. In other countries, on the contrary, authorities refuse hard restrictive measures and impose soft measures. This reduces negative consequences of the coronavirus for the economy, but prolongs the duration of the epidemic and the mortality rate.
