Around 55 percent of U.S. adults would be willing to sign a petition about global warming either online or in person. While concern about anthropogenic global warming is increasing and has become more wide-spread over the past decade, the issue is still highly politicized. Only about 1 in 2 Americans would be willing to vote for a candidate because of their position on global warming.
