As of October 2025, OpenAI, SpaceX, and Anthropic were the largest U.S. unicorns, topping a ranking based on the market valuations of American unicorn companies. The ranking draws on estimates from multiple sources that assessed company valuations. OpenAI led with a valuation of *** billion U.S. dollars, followed by SpaceX at *** billion U.S. dollars, and Anthropic at *** billion U.S. dollars.
