Motivation for French company employees to be interested in cybersecurity 2019
In order to avoid damages from potential cyber attacks, companies have installed policies for employees to act rightfully in case of such a breach. There are several incentives to encourage employees to follow cyber security guidelines. The most important motivators were found to be the possibility of financial advancements for ** percent of the respondents, the recognition of one's competence by the company (** percent) and that it could have a positive impact on one's career (** percent).
