According to a survey among ASEAN youths, the percentage of respondents that would like to work in SMEs in the future declined from **** percent to *** percent while the share of respondents that desire to work in foreign multinational companies increased from *** percent to **** percent. In the same survey, ASEAN youths assessed that their skills will need to be constantly updated for the job market.
