This was among ** percent of respondents between 25 and 34 years old. Other reasons ranking high included not liking being under the influence of alcohol, and wanting to fit in socially where drinking was involved.
New flagship brands from beverage giants Coca-Cola and PepsiCo were set to compete with non-alcoholic beers in the Indian urban markets in 2019. Among many reasons, this was a result of a recent decrease in the consumption of carbonated beverages as well as in alcoholic beverages.
