In 2018, less than *** percent of survey respondents in Venezuela thought that corruption was their country's main problem, the lowest share of the analyzed period. The share of Venezuelan respondents who said corruption was the most serious issue the country faced has remained low since 2015 and is one of the lowest in the Latin American region. In 2020, nevertheless, this percentage grew to *** percent.
