The ranking only surveyed private companies with at least 50 employees operating for no longer than seven years and headquartered in Mexico. The study evaluates the companies' attractiveness to job searchers based on headcount growth, interest in open job positions, user engagement and talent attraction on LinkedIn.
Several fintech companies are among 2023's startups on the rise, according to LinkedIn in Mexico. The start-up with more employees, though, was an environmental services company, VEMO, with over employees, as of September 2023. LinkedIn's top startups in Brazil had, on average, the largest workforce.
