According to a survey carried out in Canada in July 2019, respondents who earnt over 100,000 Canadian dollars were the most likely to want to cut back on the amount of meat and/or fish that they eat - one quarter of respondents in this income category wanted to reduce their consumption. In comparison, ** percent of respondents who earnt less than * Canadian dollars wanted to reduce their consumption.
