According to data, 38 percent of respondents believed that the consumption of traditional Italian liquors could increase in the next years, whereas 15 percent of interviewees indicated liquors with specific herbs, species, roots and fruits as the product whose consumption was estimated to expand. Moreover, organic sweet and bitter liquors were pointed out by 12 percent of respondents as the growing tendency in this sector.
