HDB-managed residential properties include 1 to 5 bedroom HDB flats, executive properties as well as studio apartments. As of 2014, there were no HUDC properties under HDB management.

The number of residential properties managed by HDB had been steadily increasing over the last ten years, while that of commercial and industrial units under HDB management has only been increasing since 2018.
