The Mobility Services segment includes flights, ride hailing services, long-distance bus travel and train tickets that are booked online as well as car rental hires that are made via the Internet. The segment Mobility Services contains all travels booked online, independent of whether the travel is booked directly via a providers' website or through an online travel agency (OTA). The booking volume includes all booked travels made by users from the selected region, independent of the departure and arrival. Users represent people who booked travels, independent of the number of travelers.
Not included are offline bookings, made in a travel agent鈥檚 office or by telephone. A prerequisite for this segment is an online checkout process.
