This question was phrased by the source as follows: "On which devices do you read ebooks? This refers to electronic versions of books (e.g. as ePub or kindle files) that are also available in print. These formats allow for changing font sizes and contrast settings. PDF files and text files such as .txt"

E-readers top the list of the most common devices amongst the UK public for reading e-books. This is according to the ��ƽ�� survey on e-books in the United Kingdom 2017 which shows that almost **% of the participants prefer this option while reading their favorite digital book.

Designed primarily for reading, e-readers are often lighter in weight and they also come at a pretty affordable price. Different companies are currently in the market of designing e-readers, but (an Amazon e-bookstore) than any other brand. In fact, more than 11 million people in the UK used Kindle in 2017.

Tablets come 2nd on this list followed by smartphones and laptops. Not many people use their personal computers to scroll through an e-book as only *% of the readers like to read a digital book via this option.
